Here we will welcome you with a smile and try to inspire you to believe in your own capabilities and resources for change for the purpose of better health and well-being.

My many years of experience in the field of health as a physical therapist, sports trainer, dancer, active practitioner and recently a health coaching specialist or Health coach, helped me to delve deeper and understand that we all have the capacity to be happy with our own body and consciousness and to be in wonderful physical and mental shape. A shape that we define according to our capabilities and desires, not public opinion. I created the Ultreya movement studio so that I could integrate Health and Fitness Coaching into one, so that I could provide a small oasis in which we can connect with our own inner voice and desires, a place where this voice will be heard and understood.

Ultreya Engine Studio is a place for partnership, where we work together side by side and the creators are you yourself.
