Hello,

 

    My name is Vera Velinova and I am a movement specialist. My immense love and passion for movement, combined with my desire to be active and inspire other people to move, led me to the Medical University and National Sports Academy, Sofia.

 

I graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Medicine, Medical University, Sofia with a degree in "Medical Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy", and subsequently acquired numerous postgraduate qualifications in the field of physical therapy and sports in Bulgaria and the USA.

 

I have 3 master's degrees, one of which is from the Medical University of Sofia, and the last one from the National Sports Academy with a profile "Sports, Fitness and Health". I am following a one-year training in Health Integrative Coaching at one of the most prestigious and good nutrition institutes in the USA , the Integrative Institute for Nutrition.

I have many years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness trainer, and fitness instructor.
