Our workshops are held in the form of group coaching for up to 6 people, lasting 3 months, 2 times a month for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Weekend sessions
Sessions are held over the weekend, allowing for flexibility and convenience. Participants can choose between in-person and online meetings.
